There is public transportation and highway access to Montreal within minutes of the house. The property is well equipped and newly renovated throughout. Close to supermarkets, bus, train station and 10 minutes from the airport. The space The bedroom is situated on the second floor and is reached by stairs from the ground floor and has a lockable entrance. The newly renovated space includes a chest of drawers, bureau, bedside cabinets and a double bed. For clothes storage there is a large built-in wardrobe. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen for guests to cook their own meals. Also includes driveway parking, front and rear gardens. Exclusive guest living room and shared bathroom on second floor. Washing machine and dryer available in basement laundry room and gym in communal basement area. Guests may use driveway parking, as well as the front and rear gardens for outdoor meals and relaxation in summer. Other things to note I have specified a single room cleaning fee for check out, assuming you prefer to clean the room yourself during your stay.
