Our place is designed to offer our guests an unforgettable experience :) In an atmosphere of tranquility and harmony that invite you to relax and enjoy, it has two spacious rooms. The main one with a king size bed, the second with two queen size beds. Each room has a private bathroom, you will not feel that someone invade your privacy :). On the main floor, the kitchen is equipped with all the basic elements so you can cook a simple meal, the living room has a comfortable sofa bed, dining room, smart TV with Netflix, and a romantic terrace along with the two bedrooms. On the top floor, with private access you will love to spend one of the most pleasant moments after spending all day at the beach or touring the destination you have chosen around Tulum, you will return home and enjoy a super relaxing space in your private pool and terrace with the moonlight or fallingv in love with the sunset ... NEAR THE APARTMENT YOU CAN FIND: Supermarket 1 minute walking Pharmacy: 1 minute walking. Restaurants: Rossina Café - 2 minute walk (they have fresh bread everyday!) Vintage Coffee -1 minute walking Bejuco Restaurant (Vegan Options-) 4 minute walk. Chacabar- 5 minute walking, closes on Tuesdays. COFFEE Gallery: 1 minute walking Supermarket "Chedraui" 5 min by car, (there you will find ATMs). Fresh market- little super market with all the basics - 2 minute walk Beach 5 minutes away by car, 15 min away by bike. We have the best place to relax that you are looking for :) SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS: Our guests have access to the entire apartment there are no restrictions since everything is unique and exclusively for you :) The building has 24 hour surveillance so it is very safe. If you have a car, you can park it in any free space assigned to Quinto Sol on Aldea Zama, that are located around the building in the main avenue. SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AT THE MOMENT. OTHER THINGS TO CONSIDER: The neighborhood of Aldea Zama is a new neighborhood, still in development, so there may be variations in energy so we always recommend connecting your computer or cell phone to the light regulator. We don't have gas, we run on electricity. Guest access In addition to our private rooftop and private pool, the building Quinto Sol, has a common pool with lounge area in its rooftop with deckchairs and sofas to hangout. Other things to note Access the apartment directly through the keybox. Days prior to your arrival we will give you the password to open it. ADVISE: Our neighbor is a night club, may be noisy at nights.
