Cozy 1 Bedroom place 18 min. from downtown Dallas

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Just down the street from a huge selection of shopping centers and restaurants in the city of Cedar Hill. Located in between Dallas and Fort Worth, the travel distance is 20 minutes or less from major sporting events, concert venues, amusement parks, etc. There is also plenty of nature to enjoy at the Cedar Hill State Park and Cedar Ridge Preserve trails. Guest access Guests can only access the back part of the house (concrete patio). Not allowed through the second gate to the left of the bnb’s door. Other things to note The place is in the back part of my house where the garage used to be so it shares walls with the rest of our living spaces. We do have dogs that may bark when they go outside to potty ( they don’t stay outside long) but they are fenced and away from the Bnb.
