Getaway from the day to day in a serene refuge. The space The Mountain Getaway is at approximately 7,500 feet with great access to the four seasons. Just west of Historic downtown, and Northern Arizona University, you can explore all the best that Flagstaff has to offer! Incredible hikes, great skiing, delicious meals at vibrant downtown restaurants, and much more. Looking for a day trip? A little further away you can explore Sedona, Williams and the Grand Canyon. The property is a newly built, one story home with tile and wood flooring through out. The open great room floor plan contains a fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, to enjoy a delicious meal and spend time with family and friends. The dining table seats 6, and the breakfast bar seats 4. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining, is the main living space with comfortable seating and an Amazon/Netflix ready TV for your entertainment pleasure. The back patio/yard is off the kitchen and fully fenced, for your privacy. If you have a special request, please message and I will do my best to accommodate. The Presidio in the Pines community is growing, so there could be some construction taking place. Guest access You will have access to the entire home with exception of some locked cabinets in the garage, used for storage. We will send detailed check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival, which contain a 4-digit code needed to open the smart lock at the front door.
