Situated in a quiet neighbourhood and surrounded by other quality homes, this recently refurbished home is only a 10 minute walk to the beach, close to Splash Town and local cafes. There is plenty of off street parking and also vehicle access to the fully enclosed backyard for a boat or caravan. A boat ramp, golf courses, beaches and jetties are all close by. Come relax and enjoy all Moonta Bay has to offer. The space This Coastal feel Holiday Home has all that you need to enjoy a holiday by the beach. It has an Airconditioned Livingroom, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (no bath). Two of the bedrooms are airconditioned and have queen beds, one bedroom has twin ensembles and the other has a bunk bed. There is enough room for 8 people to sleep. There is a back deck with a large outdoor dining table and plenty of room to enjoy your meals Alfresco style. This overlooks the enclosed backyard which also has a BBQ, Fish cleaning station and outdoor shower. There is enough room for a car and boat to be parked here. For those who would like a little quiet time or a space to enjoy a drink while the sun goes down, there is a little area with seating on the front deck as well. Please note: LINEN is not included. Covered Dunas and pillows are provided on all beds, but you will need to bring your own Fitted and top sheets, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and yard. The garden shed is unavailable sorry. Other things to note Linen is not included.
