Fern Hill is a mountain home on lovely, level lot with stunning views and abundant amenities which include community pool, lakes, boats, clubhouse, trout streams, walking paths, game room, tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts, playground, and grills. Guests can rent the entire downstairs for their private use. The upstairs is accessed by a separate outside stairwell and is only for owner's occasional use. All pictures and descriptions are of the downstairs rental. The space Nestled on a level, beautifully landscaped lot atop a mountain ridge, our home offers stunning panoramic views, peaceful seclusion, and access to an array of community amenities. Guests enjoy a private rental of the spacious downstairs level of our house, while the upstairs is reserved for occasional owner use and accessed separately, ensuring complete privacy.
