Just 5 minutes from the station and a 10 minutes walk to the historic centre of Arras, it offers a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient stay, ideal for professionals, couples, families, and guests with pets. The space A small, recently built and independent cottage, decorated in a cosy cottage style, with a private garden: a peaceful and welcoming retreat just outside Arras. The bedroom An 11 m² bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and two wardrobes, perfect for settling in and feeling at home. The living room A cosy space with exposed beams, a fireplace mantel and a bookcase, perfect for relaxing. The sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spaces. The kitchen Fully equipped for a comfortable, independent stay: oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, kettle and coffee maker, as well as essentials such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and spices. The bathroom Walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel rail and washing machine. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and bath towels are provided. Entertainment & relaxation Wi-Fi, large-screen TV with Netflix, a selection of books, and games for children and adults. For families Everything you need to travel light: travel cot, baby bouncer, high chair, baby bath, pushchair, games and books. Outdoor space Enjoy your private garden for relaxing moments. Behind the house, you’ll also find a park with a pond, sports court and children’s playground. Guest access You'll have access to the entire place: living and dining room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, as well as the private garden. The accommodation was built as an extension of our home, but it is completely self-contained and has its own entrance.
