Our apartment is located in the heart of the city center of Selles-sur-cher. It was renovated in 2022 by us, it is spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated! It is fully equipped. You will enjoy on foot many shops in the city: cheese shop, bakery, charcuterie, delicatessen, tobacco bar, and tea room Located 20 minutes from the Zoo Parc de Beauval, close to the Châteaux of the Loire. Possibility to access the departure of the Canal du Berry by bike Ideal for visiting the area. The space I have a staircase to access the accommodation but the accommodation itself is level. It can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed) It is composed of: - one bedroom with 1 double bed and one space for work - a fully equipped kitchen including a mini oven, a microwave, dishes, cooking utensils, this one is open to the living room. - in the living room you have a relaxation area with tea and coffee at your disposal (our machine is a TASSIMO), you will find the sofa bed and a TV. During your stay, you have unlimited access to Netflix & Prime Video. - in the bathroom you have at your disposal a washing machine, hair dryer, and first aid kit. - The toilet is separated from the bathroom - the last room is the reserve, you will find the vacuum cleaner, the ironing board as well as the steamer, accessories for the little ones (umbrella bed and seat for chairs). You have access to the whole place, except for the linens that are in the reserve. Everything is available upon arrival. Along the stars is ideal for a one-night or a few-day getaway. The accommodation is suitable for business trips, you have a dedicated work area. The listing is connected to a Wifi reserved for the listing. Guest access Check-in is self check-in, you have a lockbox. All instructions, will be communicated to you 24 to 48 hours before your arrival. Pleasure to host you:) To access the property, you cross a common outdoor courtyard with the owners, this one is currently under construction, the goal of separating the courtyard in 2, in order to have your own access to the property in the future. IMPORTANT: The property Au fil des étoiles does not have any private parking, but has a garage to potentially shelter at night ( example: bike, small trailer, to be seen...) However, you can stop in front of the entrance to the property to unload your belongings. Parking can be difficult, you have 2 parking spaces in front of the accommodation (often taken by residents...), you can park along the building despite the sign, or along the church or on the town hall square (except Thursday, market day) which is less than 5 minutes walk away. Note that parking in Selles-sur-cher is free. Other things to note We put all our heart into this accommodation, we work on trust, we do not visit when leaving the accommodation, so we count on your civility to respect our home. For a few weeks, we've been offering a option: aperitif board & breakfast.
