We are strategically located near the airport, bus station, Catholic colleges and Ulbra, Atacadão and Assaí Atacadista, 15 km from downtown Palmas, with quick access via Teotônio Segurado Avenue or highway TO-050. A few meters away, there is a bakery, restaurant and block markets. If you want a larger market, we have Assai Atacadista approximately 1.5 km away. App drivers easily serve the region of our accommodation, with the UBER app being the fastest. Jalapão's tourism agencies usually pick up and drop off guests, and because of our location, guests save money on transportation to the airport. If you want to enjoy a day off, our accommodation is close to Praia do Prata, Praia do Caju, quick exit to the Taquarussu do Porto waterfalls via TO 050. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the property, with the corridor and garage being shared. Garage for small and medium-sized vehicles, no truck fits. Inside the accommodation, we have a dining area, living area, full kitchen, laundry area, bathroom and bedroom with a full bed, all of which are spacious and private. Other things to note A strategic location for guests wishing to visit Jalapão, go to the airport and bus station, take tests at Ulbra and Catholic colleges and travel between cities. For guests who need a transfer to any part of the city, we inform you that app drivers easily serve the region where the accommodation is located, with UBER being the fastest. Approximately 1.5 km away, we have Assai Atacadista and Atacadão, if you want to make purchases for consumption during your stay. Within the block, there are small markets, snack bars, delicatessens and bars. In the neighboring block, we have an avenue full of options for food, shopping, pharmacy and other items. If there is a need to adapt the accommodation to receive a group of guests, we can do so according to prior agreement.
