We do not charge cleaning fees. We clean the unit only upon checkout and checkin day, with the exception of stays longer than two months, in which case we provide a monthly cleaning. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a minimal fee. Rental parking spaces are available starting at 6,000 PHP per month. If needed, we can assist in booking or reserving a parking spot on behalf of the guest, with payment made directly by the guest.
