Designed for both families and dog owners, this space is all about comfort, simplicity, and slowing down. Sleeping Arrangements  Primary bedroom: Queen bed  Second bedroom: Two twin beds + new queen sleeper sofa  Sleeps up to 6 Twin beds and the sleeper sofa have been recently upgraded for comfort. No smoking - Dogs okay with an additional fee Sorry no cats Other things to note There is a 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All homes have a cleaning fee. You must be 25 years or older to reserve and stay at any of our Condos or Beach Houses. The person who reserves must be present at check in. No Smoking and dogs are welcome. This property does allow dogs. The charge is $25 per pet per night plus tax. This charge would be due at check in airbnb does not collect pet fees. (no cats)
