Strike Zone is a local favorite for fishing charters and snorkeling along Looe Key. Key West proper is 45 minutes away by car. The drive down US-1 is absolutely stunning, and before you know it you're at the doorstep of Duval Street's famous pubs and restaurants. You will be provided check in instructions prior to your arrival LIVING AREAS With a 4BR home and a full 2BR guesthouse, this unique Little Torch Key retreat has ample space for all your guests - plus a beautiful pool and private boat basin with ramp. In the main house, the light-filled living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat, and armchair surrounding a 40” TV. Settle in with your favorite shows or simply enjoy the water views. A den offers peace and quiet when you want to relax with a new book. The guest house living room has tile floors, a sleeper sofa, couch, and a 36” TV. KITCHEN & DINING Indulge your inner chef in the pristine kitchen, where granite counters and stainless steel appliances shine. A French-door fridge and double-basin sink make meal prep and cleanup simple and efficient. When it's time to dine, head to the sunny dining area with seating for six. The guesthouse kitchen also features granite counters and stainless steel appliances, plus a three-person dining table. BEDROOMS & BATHS Six bedrooms between the main house and the guest house accommodate 12 guests. Both homes are single-story. In the main house, the master suite has a king-size bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and cheerful buttercup walls, and the third has a set of twins perfect for the kids. A shared bath between the two has a tub/shower combination. Another queen-size bedroom has its own en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. There is another half bath off the kitchen in the main house. In the guest house, the fifth bedroom has a set of twin-size beds and the sixth has a cozy queen. The shared bath between the two rooms is equipped with a walk-in shower. There is another half bath off the kitchen in the main house adds convenience. This home is not pet friendly. OUTDOOR AREAS Step outside to your private backyard oasis complete with a shimmering pool, private boat basin, and boat ramp. A grill is at the ready for cookouts and time of day, and two dining areas invite al fresco meals beside the water. Find more seating and ocean views on the covered patio. There are a couple kayaks for your use. You may rent additional kayaks locally. Uber, Lyft and Taxis area available as well as Public Bus transportation. It is recommended that you have a car Prior to your stay we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions. This home is priced based on the number of guests. The base rate is for up to 6 guests. Additional guests fee is $25 per night per person. Our Cancellation policy is: Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If The Florida Keys are closed to visitors because of the COVID-19 pandemic for your arrival date, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your reservation or receive a refund. Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $74 damage waiver fee that covers up to $3000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions.
