Welcome to our two bedroom, two bathroom luxury penthouse condo located in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs! Find yourself steps away from endless adventure, including premier dining, one-of-a-kind shopping, the Yampa River and Core Trail, Emerald Mt, and the seasonal Farmer's Market. This fully loaded luxury two bedroom condo offers everything that you need for a comfortable experience, including linens, coffee, shower consumables, and more. The space Upon entering the space, you will be immediately greeted by the beautiful views of the mountain landscape and an spacious sanctuary to call home during your stay. Offering a full size kitchen with state of the art appliances, you are provided with all of the basic kitchen equipment that you need to prepare meals during your stay. The dining room seats six guests with three additional seats at the bar. Turn on the fireplace, watch your favorite TV show, this space is a perfect place to relax when you aren't out adventuring around town. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and private ensuite. Step into the steam shower or take a soak in the large tub, relax and enjoy. This bedroom offers gorgeous views of downtown Steamboat Springs with an oversize window. The secondary bedroom is also equipped with a king size bed with a flatscreen TV. There is plenty of storage space to unpack and make yourself comfortable. This room is not equipped with a window, so it's perfect for sleeping in on those bright blue-bird mornings. The private, east-facing balcony overlooks Main Street and allows you to sit back and watch all of the action from above. It is shaded from the summer afternoon sun and takes in views from Sleeping Giant to Mt Werner. One heated reserved parking spot is designated for your stay, so you will never have to worry about finding parking. During the Ski Season, this condo provides access to the exclusive Gondola Ski Club ski locker at Gondola Square so you don't have to worry about hauling your heavy equipment around.
