Welcome! The apartment is located in the heart of Condado, in front of Hotel La Concha. It is only less than a 5 min walk to the beach and to any shops and restaurants. The space It is a 2 bedroom apartment all fully equipped with A/C and TV. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a full size bed. For extra guests there is a double sofa bed located in the living room. The apartment is comfortable for 4 people but it fits 6 people. The living room/common space has also A/C and a big tv. The apartment has a little kitchenette which is basic equipped. *Entrance hallway may be in minor construction* Guest access Entire home and all amenities within the home are available for use during your stay. Other things to note Our guests love the convenience of the area and have had no issues with safety. All kind of guests have enjoyed the prime location of this apartment. We do remind that this is a city setting, so it is not uncommon that it can be noisy sometimes, please remain mindful of this and take any precautions you would in any city.
