Stay in a spacious modern villa on the outskirts of Provence, a green setting close to the amenities of downtown Montélimar. Carefully furnished and decorated in a loft style with exotic touches, our villa offers a friendly and entertaining setting suitable for families and friends. Young and old will appreciate the various leisure amenities (petanque court, billiards, trampoline, cinema screen) that allow you to enjoy the property in all seasons. The space • Accommodation: The villa is organized on 2 levels: On the ground floor are the living areas open and bathed by the light of the bay windows: a kitchen with central island, a dining room equipped for 8 people as well as a living room with giant screen, home cinema and a billiard corner to perfect your evenings. Toilets and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer are also available. The floor is accessible by a beautiful open staircase. It has 4 bedrooms including a suite, an independent bathroom with shower and toilet: -The blue room: a bunk bed + a pull-out bed and a mezzanine with a single bed (4 single beds) -The pink room: a bunk bed (2 single beds) -The red room: a double bed in 160x200 -The suite: a double bed in 180x200 with a bathroom with a bathtub in free standing. • Exterior: Out of sight, the garden is set up to share beautiful convivial moments. The pétanque court will challenge the most competitors, while others will enjoy reading and lounging on a deckchair in the shade of century-old magnolias. Our 2 covered terraces will allow you to take more advantage of the outdoors to have your meals. A charcoal barbecue is also at your disposal. • Car parking: Private parking is available inside the property for 3 cars including 2 spaces under the carport with the possibility of a connection to charge your electric vehicle. • Location: Casa Regal is located in an affluent neighborhood close to downtown Montélimar. You will have easy access to shops and transport on foot within a radius of less than one kilometer: train station (500m), Montélibus pole (local bus network), cinemas, restaurants, supermarket.... Guest access Guests will access the entire property privately, except the garage. Other things to note • Cleaning, bed sheets (hotel-grade), towels, bath mat and tea towels are included. • Default bed composition includes 2 people per double bed. In case you would like 1 bed/person, please let us know at least 3 days before. Extra bedding will be charged €6/bed beyond 6 occupied beds. • The house is equipped for 8 people. However, the sleeping capacity is 10 people, so we accept up to 2 additional children. • An umbrella bed with a real mattress is available (provide sheets). • Reading, games and DVDs are available for all ages. • Check-in and check-out times may be flexible depending on availability.
