Stay in a spacious modern villa at the gates of Provence, a green setting close to the amenities of downtown Montélimar. Carefully furnished and decorated in a loft style with exotic touches, our villa offers a friendly and entertaining setting conducive to families and friends. Young and old will appreciate the various leisure facilities (petanque court, billiards, trampoline, cinema screen) that allow you to enjoy the property in all seasons. The space • Accommodation: The villa is organized on 2 levels: On the ground floor are the open living spaces bathed in light from the bay windows: a kitchen with a central island, a dining room equipped for 8 people as well as a living room with a giant screen, home cinema and a billiard corner to complete your evenings. A toilet as well as a laundry area with a washer and dryer are also available. The floor is accessed by a beautiful openwork staircase. It includes 4 bedrooms including a suite, a separate bathroom with shower and a toilet: -The blue room: a bunk bed + a pull-out bed and a mezzanine with a single bed (4 single beds) - The pink bedroom: a bunk bed (2 single beds) -The red room: a double bed in 160x200 -The suite: a double bed in 180x200 with a bathroom with a bathtub in free installation. • Exterior: Out of sight, the garden is set up to share beautiful convivial moments. The petanque court will challenge the most competitive, while others will enjoy reading and lounging on a sunbed in the shade of the century-old magnolias. Our 2 covered terraces will allow you to enjoy the outdoors more to have your meals. A charcoal grill is also available. • Car parking: Private parking is available inside the property for 3 cars including 2 spaces under the carport. • Location: Casa Regal is located in an affluent neighborhood close to downtown Montélimar. You will have easy access to shops and transport on foot within a radius of less than one kilometer: train station (500m), Montélibus pole (local bus network), cinemas, restaurants, supermarket.... Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire property, except the garage. Other things to note • Housekeeping, linens (hotel quality), bath towels, bath mat and dish towels are included. • The default bed composition includes 2 people per double bed. In case you would like 1 bed/person, please let us know at least 3 days before. Additional sheets will be charged €6/bed beyond 6 occupied beds. • The house is equipped for 8 people. However, as the sleeping capacity is 10 people, we accept up to 2 additional children. • A folding crib with a real mattress is available (provide sheets). • Reading, games and DVDs are available for all ages. • Check-in and check-out times may be flexible depending on availability.
