On Eastern Marr Country, the house is located within a 30 minutes drive to all Great Ocean Road attractions, Port Campbell and Peterborough and it’s only a 7 minute drive to all the attractions of Timboon. Floor to ceiling windows in each room bringing the garden and outdoors inside the home. We designed house using passive house principles. House includes a ventilation system and split system. Large kitchen, 10 seat dining table, two lounges (1 for TV, 1 for relaxing) and a separate parent pod. Large laundry include washing machine and dryer.
