Double room in Bisca

In the center of the village of Biscarrosse, close to a supermarket (Super U), small shops, restaurants... A private parking space is reserved for you. Come with ease to the home of the inhabitant: it is not a "professional" accommodation dedicated to hosting travelers but the apartment where I live, so we will share the amenities and common areas. The room is reserved for you, it has a desk, a sofa bed, a storage closet, coffee maker, kettle... The space 4-room apartment with two bedrooms, one of which is reserved for you. In your room, a double bed (click-clack type), a dressing room, a table and two chairs, a small desk, a kettle and a Tassimo coffee maker. Tea and coffee provided, as well as linens and towels. There is no cleaning fee so please leave the place clean, thank you. Guest access You can access the terrace, living room, kitchen and bathroom which are shared with me. No smoking inside, but you have an ashtray on the terrace. A parking space will be reserved for you, otherwise parking is free on the street (in case of arrival with two cars). The entrance is to the left of the commercial premises: take the gravel path through the gate which is always open. From there, you can park in the back right against the fence. During your stay I respond as quickly as possible on Airbnb messaging and of course remain reachable by phone, my contact information is displayed as soon as you have booked. Other things to note Some personal belongings are in the bedroom, in the upper part of the dressing room; thank you for not touching them. You will be asked to leave the premises as you found them. My accommodation is upstairs, there is no possibility of recharging an electric car, but several terminals are located in Biscarrosse.
