Being a family friendly home, Horseshoe Bay is a 4 minute drive, pack up the kids, stay for lunch and go for a swim. Take a short walk to the many cafes and browse through the locally owned shops that Port Elliot has to offer. Visit the iconic Port Elliot Bakery, a popular place for lunch, a snack or even try the Do-nut of the Month. The space Our home is perfect for families and is designed for up to 6 adults. The lounge room has a 53" smart TV with 1 three-seater couch and 1.5 two-seater couch. It has a wood fire, perfect for the winter months (Fire only available May 1st to August 31st, firewood included). The dining room is equipped with a 6 seated dining table, a highchair on request. It is connected to a fully equipped kitchen, for the perfect family getaway. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar, to keep those coffee's out of reach of little hands, or simply sit and chat. A Pura tap is installed in the kitchen for your convivence. 1 x master bedroom with walk in robe, fitted with a queen bed 2 x guest bedrooms, 1 fitted with 2 single beds, the other with a queen bed, both containing storage. 1 x main bathroom with bath and shower facilities 1 x separate toilet 1 x fully functioning laundry (laundry powder supplied) The patio area is furnished with an 8 seated outdoor table and a BBQ. This area is ideal for your morning cuppa, cooking up a big feast, or simply enjoying the tranquillity of Elliot's Beach House. The enclosed backyard is large with plenty of room for kids to play or adults to enjoy outdoor activities. All linen and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels. Guest access Guest will have access to all of the mentioned areas above. Other things to note As our guest, you will have access to a range of board games, kids books and novels. Strictly no pets. Our property is situationed in a residential area therefore we have a strict no party policy. We expect all our guests to respect our lovely neighbours.
