'Blackwood' Tiny Home in Byron Hinterland

Blackwood is a luxurious and spacious two-bedroom black charred timber tiny home situated on over 50acres of farmland with horses and grazing cattle, nestled in the hinterland of Byron Bay. Set in an idyllic location with Bangalow only a five minute drive and the picturesque beaches of Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Ballina only ten minutes away. A short stroll will take you to the historic Newrybar village with shops to browse, enjoy a coffee or dine at the renowned Harvest Restaurant and Deli. The space Enjoy the magical views over the farm during the day or the starry skies at night. Blackwood has been designed to let the natural light in and the loft ceilings keep it cool and comfortable. Featuring two bedrooms, both queen beds fitted with designer linen, The downstairs bedroom opens onto the private deck where you can soak in the clawfoot bath or just enjoy the outdoor shower. The roomy large loft bedroom is accessible by stairs with a handrail and has a magnificent view over the farm. The high gable ceiling throughout creates a spacious feel. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop and microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a large bifold window opens to the view. We like to offer local produce and tea and coffee is to be enjoyed in local pottery cups. Farm fresh eggs will be provided if hens are laying and farm honey if available. A Weber BBQ and a firepit are provided to be enjoyed outdoors. The bathroom has a full-size shower with soap, shampoo, and towels provided along with Saarde robes. Relax and unwind on the roomy sofa under the large picture window taking in the views. Blackwood is privately situated over 500m away from the main farmhouse down a separate entrance and is fully airconditioned. We encourage you to explore the farm and the creek where you will see some of the oldest rainforest in the area. Spot the resident platypus and take in the birdlife and tranquility. The full moon is a must see from the farm also! Other things to note This is a working farm and we ask you to be mindful of electric fences and to keep gates closed at all times.
