It is located in the heart of Port Melbourne, just off Bay Street which has an abundance of amenities including cafés, restaurants, bus stops, pharmacies and the supermarket. It is only a short stroll to the beach or catch the tram just 10 mins to the CBD alternatively Albert Park lake and MSAC are only a short drive away. Ground Floor Enter the house either via the stairs up to the front door or drive your car into the secure garage. First Floor Master bedroom is light and airy with a beautiful king bed, a spacious walk in robe and a large ensuite with a double sink and double shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed that connects to the walk in robe and accesses the main bathroom which includes a shower over a bath. Second Floor Come up the stairs and enter the spacious main open plan living area with a kitchen/ dining/ living which looks out onto the balcony with views over Port Melbourne and towards the Docklands. You can even watch the fireworks from the Docklands! The kitchen includes a lovely Ceasarstone island bench that can seat two, gas cook top, Bosch appliances (dishwasher, oven and microwave), a walk in pantry and a French door fridge. A large dining table comfortably seating 8 . Relax and recline on the couch whilst watching your favourite shows on the 65 inch smart TV. NBN broadband is included so you can logon to your favourite streaming service or set your self up in the study nook and plug your laptop into the monitor and work from home! At the end of the living room is access to a powder room through a laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The third bedroom is located off the living room. This room is beautifully bright, catching all the afternoon sun with a queen bed. Balcony Enjoy a glass of wine on the couch watching the sun set on this beautiful north facing balcony with glimpses of the city and across to the Docklands. You are also welcome to use the BBQ. Guest access You can enter the house via the front door (through a gate) or via the garage. You can park your car in the garage, it comfortably fits a mid sized SUV. Wider vehicles may find it a tighter fit. Additional 1 hour car parking is available across the street or all day parking can be found in the nearby streets. Other things to note During your stay, you will have access to the entire secure property yourself. The main living area upstairs and both the bedrooms on level 1 are equipped with split systems. The house has double glazed tinted windows and solar. There are toys and puzzles for the kids to enjoy during their stay including some beach toys. Please note that this house is multi story with stair access only and it is not suitable for mobility impaired. Whilst it has been a family home, we ask guests supervise children at all times on the balcony and near the stairs. It is not a commercial hotel and guests are kindly asked to treat the place with respect during their stay. No pets please.
