Welcome to your peaceful retreat at Playa La Barca (Sotavento Beach). From the private sun terrace, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Atlantic and experience impressive sunrises and changing light effects over the sea. The well-equipped apartment is located away from large hotel complexes and is ideal for those seeking relaxation, open space and nature. The beach and lagoon are just a few minutes away on foot. The space The apartment is practically and comfortably furnished and is suitable for both holidays and longer stays. It has a living area, a sleeping area, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a well-maintained bathroom. From the living area, you can go directly to the large private terrace with an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a dining table with chairs and two sun loungers available. Depending on the season, you can even watch the sunrise directly from your bed or from the terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as cookware, knives and kitchen utensils – also suitable for guests who want to cook for themselves regularly. The sleeping area features a comfortable bed, storage space, and a desk that is well suited for mobile work. The well-maintained bathroom has a shower with a rain shower head – pleasant and functional. Wi-Fi, a washing machine and many practical details ensure that you quickly feel at home. The quiet Playa Paraíso apartment complex is located about 1.5 km outside of Costa Calma on the edge of a nature reserve, directly between two beaches: on one side, the wide Playa La Barca stretches as part of the Sotavento beach, and on the other side, the protected bay of Playa Esmeralda follows. You can reach both on foot or in a few minutes by car. The area is ideal for long walks on the beach, kitesurfing, windsurfing or simply relaxing in nature. Guest access You have exclusive use of the entire apartment, including the private terrace. The complex is small, well-maintained and in a quiet location. The beach and the lagoon are just a few minutes' walk away. Note: The complex's communal pool is currently closed and not available to guests. Other things to note The apartment complex is located outside the town centre in a quiet location. A car is highly recommended for the stay, as shopping, restaurants and infrastructure are located in Costa Calma (about 1.5 km away). The access roads partly run through a nature reserve and are therefore in their natural state. The facility's communal pool is currently closed for maintenance. A date for the reopening is currently unknown. According to Spanish law, all guests must be registered before arrival. For this, I need the personal details of all fellow travellers after booking, as well as a photo/scan of their ID (front and back).
