The space The insides of the home feel equally warm and welcoming, making it perfect for family gatherings and spending time with your loved ones. When you walk out the back, you will be enticed by the refreshing private swimming pool that overlooks a beautiful view. You could never get enough of the garden – manicured and so green. The multiple alfresco sit-out spaces are perfect for a delicious, al fresco meal with your folks. In winter evenings, you might find yourself by the bonfire pit, roasting marshmallows & sipping on your favourite beverages. To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC - Hangers - Iron, torch, washing machine - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bonfire, gazebo, in-house games - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars and 5 bikes This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - Decked with a multitude of lavish amenities, this home offers 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor. - Each of the bedrooms offers a king-sized bed, AC and an extra mattress can be provided, on request. - The bedrooms are also equipped with breezy windows that offer a scenic view of the green lawn. - Each bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms at the home. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - Set by a spacious, verdant lawn, this is the perfect holiday home for some tranquil time away with your loved ones. - Drive through the stone-paved facade and you will be welcomed by the bricked house surrounded by greenery, with a machan towering in the background. - The first room you will step into upon entering is the living & dining room. - Taking inspiration from its surroundings, this space is earthy and cosy. It can seat up to 12 people and is equipped with a TV & music system. - The dining area is part of the living room and can seat up to 6 people. - As you head into the lawn, there are multiple seating spaces for you to sit down, relax, have some intimate time with your loved ones or just enjoy a cup of tea as you enjoy the serene outdoors. - There is a bonfire pit where you can spend your winter evenings and a refreshing pool for the warm summer mornings. - It is 20 x 12 ft. in size with a 4.2 ft. depth and is blessed with a quaint deck area for guests to enjoy a quiet evening by the pool. - If you wish to soak in some views, the machan is a soothing experience in itself. - Enjoy the beautiful view of nature with sounds of exotic birds & practise some peaceful meditation with your loved ones! KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - Cooking & consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. - Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 72hrs notice prior to your check-in date Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES If you wish to enjoy some time and reconnect with nature, this is the perfect property to do that at. The living room is perfect for relaxing and lounging around or enjoying a nice meal with your friends & family. Head to the lawn and enjoy a refreshing afternoon if you want to soak in the pool. If you wish to soak in some views, the machan is the perfect place to do so! Enjoy birdwatching, meditate or just simply look at the beautiful view that surrounds you. ADD-ON SERVICES - Bonfire can be lit at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session. - There are a multitude of games available at the property including Jenga, Stormer 5 in 1, Housie, Chess, Pictionary and UNO for guests to choose from and enjoy. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The location of the villa is secluded. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - Guests are advised to shut the windows and doors in the evenings, especially during the monsoon season, given the presence of insects and bugs around. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 8 hours. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters. - There is no Wi-Fi at this property, which only means that the stage is set to unplug from the virtual world and reconnect with the physical one. - All mobile networks work fairly well here.
