Streaming or gaming is buffer free with 1200 Mbps Xfinity internet speeds. Whether naptime or bedtime, escape to your bedroom. If it’s the master suite, you’ll have your personal retreat within a retreat. 20 ft. high ceiling, sitting area, 55” Roku TV. Each bedroom is uniquely designed and comes with its own private bath, (walk-in closet in MBR & Red Room) Roku TV and beautiful views. The seaside bedroom has seashell wainscoting, nautical design and a trundle bed, Apple TV. Two bedrooms have Queen beds, with Roku TV’s and the master bedroom has a king bed and large TV. There are 3 foldaway beds for the guests beyond the initial 8 people your use, including linens for an additional price of $10/per person/foldaway per night. This brings the sleeping capacity to a total of 11 people. These foldaway beds may be placed at your discretion. Please let hosts know if you want to use the foldaways. There is an enormous patio/deck for relaxation and eating. There is a BBQ grill and various table/chair combinations. Guest access Lockbox with key for entrance. There is a separate Airbnb listing of a small apartment over the garage. Both rentals have separate entrances and deck space. Hot tub is not shared and only for Main level lodging. We live above the garage, unless it is rented as a separate Airbnb listing, and want to respond to your requests. We will remain as incognito as possible, tending to maintenance items as necessary.
