Each bedroom is uniquely designed and comes with its own private bath, (walk-in closet in MBR & Red Room) Roku TV and beautiful views. We have a Seaside room. This bedroom has seashell wainscoting, nautical design and a trundle bed with a foldaway bed. The other 2 bedrooms have Queen beds, private baths and Roku TV’s. There are 3 foldaway beds for the guests beyond the initial 8 people your use, including linens for an additional price of $10/per person/foldaway per night. This brings the sleeping capacity to a total of 11 people. These foldaway beds may be placed at your discretion. Please let hosts know if you want to use the foldaways. There is an enormous patio/deck for relaxation and eating. There is a BBQ grill and various table/chair combinations. You’ll have access to everything EXCEPT: the garage, apartment above the garage and the detached 4 stall garage. Arrangements with additional costs can be made for the non-access areas. Please contact the hosts. There is a separate Airbnb listing of a small apartment over the garage. Both rentals have separate entrances and deck space. Hot tub is not shared. Hosts live onsite in separate apartment or in a camper on site. We are available to serve you and make your stay wonderful. We will give you your space to have a private stay. Hosts have a very friendly double doodle dog. Extremely private with a FR zoning (Farm Residential). Woods. Wetlands. Spring-Fall it’s almost impossible to see any other house in sight. 115th Ave NE is a dead end low traffic street that connects to Sunset. Restaurants, grocery store, mall, etc. are 1.5 miles away. Blaine soccer complex is 5.6 miles away. Golf courses 3.5-6 miles away. Very convenient with quick access to your local destination. We have free parking. Have a motorhome or RV?
