Over in the large living room, you will find a smart TV to plug into your subscriptions or watch the free channels provided. Pull-out bed located in the sofa! 3. Two bedrooms, you will discover one has a queen bed, and the other bedroom with a full size bed, has a half bath attached. 4. Sparkling clean full size bathroom, with individually packaged body wash & shampoo. All areas of the 2 bedroom 1.5 apartment on main floor. Area Amenities: 1. Not far from downtown shops & eateries 2. Airport is a straight shot up Minnesota Ave 3. Avera Mckennan hospital is directly east 4. Sanford hospital is directly west 5. VA Hospital is also to the west 5. Head down Minnesota Ave to 41st street for many businesses 6. West is Great Plains Zoo and Thunder Road 7. Also east is I-229 and McKennan Park 8. Shuttle available for airport, bars, work locations, etc. DoorDash service works well in this area! Your GPS should successfully bring you to most places, just plan ahead if you go downtown to the older district on Phillps & Main Street areas as parking is a bit hard to find sometimes, and the parking meters are on in the daytime. If you get into a bind and need transportation, please contact the host and we will get something lined up with our minivan or 15-passenger van. We can take your family or group on a city tour, provide a designated driver service, a loaner vehicle, and provide airport transport or really any location, just ask! If you have friends staying at another accommodation we can also take them in our larger 15-passenger van, just please ask.
