Welcome to the Charleston Casa in Mount Pleasant! Live like a local just minutes away from Sullivan's Island beach, the quaint Old Village, Shem Creek, and a short drive to historic downtown. Our newly renovated home is perfect to entertain friends or host your whole family. Bikes, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided! The space The home features an open floor plan to comfortably host your group. Enjoy your morning coffee in the eat-in kitchen, serve family meals in the dining room with seating for 8, and lounge in the living room with views of the spacious, sunny backyard. In the evening, have drinks under cafe lights on the back deck, or spend time around the fire pit surrounded by solar lamps. Take a moment to relax on the front porch rocking chairs, and enjoy the tranquility of the Lowcountry. Unwind in the quiet king primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Across the hall are two additional bedrooms and guest bathroom with tub. The fourth lofted bedroom is located on the other side of the house for added privacy and has its own air conditioning/heat unit. There is also a queen air mattress that fits well in the 4th bedroom loft. The house has strong wifi (Eero mesh network) and 2 smart TV's with YoutubeTV, Netflix, and Disney+. Enjoy your music on the Klipsch bluetooth speaker. A Nespresso machine (with pods), a milk frother, and a drip coffee machine are provided. Our home is family friendly. We provide a Pack and Play, as well as a highchair. Disney+ is great for the kids! Beach Cruiser bikes (4) are in the garage for you to explore the area. Pet friendly with notice and approval. Take a quick bike ride to the Old Village, Pitt Street Bridge, and Alhambra Hall. Just minutes to Shem Creek's many restaurants and bars. A short 6 minute drive (or 15 minute bike) and you're at Sullivan's Island beach. We look forward to hosting you!
