Enjoy your pet friendly 2 bedroom lower level bungalow/casita in beautiful San Clemente while taking in the breathtaking sunsets and ocean/golf course views. Relax here after a day hanging out at the beach, shopping, or visiting one of our many local SoCal attractions. Close to Disneyland, San Diego, wine tasting, fishing and/or whale watching in Dana Point/Newport Beach, check out the museums in Laguna Beach or head to the mountains......all within a short easy drive. The space Beautiful ocean and golf course views that will absolutely take your breath away. Dine either indoors or outdoors here. Enjoy cooking in your full kitchen and/or on your brand new 4 burner large propane BBQ grill in your private pet friendly fenced backyard. We even provide the propane for your entire stay and have a kitchen with all cookware and supplies needed to prepare a yummy meal. We have a full size refrigerator with ice for those tasty drinks as well. Hang out by the fire pit in the evenings and watch the sunset in your zero gravity reclining chairs. We even provide wood for your first nights stay. Relax and watch TV on the huge 85 inch screen in the living room or venture off for some private time and enjoy a show of your own in one of the 2 spacious bedrooms each with a 40 inch TV. Wake up at your leisure as you will have wonderful black out curtains in the bedrooms and then after your slumber put on your soft terry cloth robe and lounge around for a bit. Guest access The entire 100% private lower level bungalow/casita is all yours including the backyard.......laundry (soap/supplies graciously provided) and computer printing services are available as well for our guests as a courtesy so please just let us know should you need either of these services and you will have full access 9am to 9pm daily. Other things to note Stairs must be taken to get to this lower level unit - this is NOT a stair free property. The pet fee is $10 per day/per pet. Long term stays will include, free of charge, cleaning service every 10 days. Twin blow up bed available by request as well. 2 pack and play cribs on site free of charge - mattress cover and sheet is included but please bring your child's favorite pillow/blanket.
