Experience Ocean Beach and Point Loma like a local when you stay at our Casita by the Sea. Your private cottage provides space, privacy, and flexibility. After a day of sun and fun at nearby beaches, retreat to your Casita and the serenity of your private courtyard and shared deck. This secluded space welcomes you to host barbecues or relax in the sun or around your personal firepit. Street parking. Private Bathroom is separate from the Casita and part of the main house, Private Entrance. The space The Casita is a one room studio. The space offers amenities, such as coffee, creamer and water. There is a small fridge, air fryer and Nespresso machine. The space stays cool in the summer and cool in the winter, so space heaters are available to use. We ask that you not use the air fryer/microwave while using the heater. Guest access Guest access is easy and simple. There is a gate with a wireless lock, guests are provided gate codes for access. There is a driveway for parking your vehicle and you are free to park on the street as well. Other things to note Please note that the bathroom is separate from the Casita. The bathroom is private and for Airbnb guests only, however, it is part of the main house. From the Casita its a few steps onto the deck to enter the private entrance to the bathroom. This may cause a problem for anyone looking for long term stays, and it may pose a problem for anyone with health issues or limited mobility. It rains in San Diego, so we offer an umbrella as well to stay dry for bathroom breaks to walk back and from.
