The space About the exterior of the home: There are 2 dedicated outdoor parking spaces in front and back of the house, and a new separate double garage in the backyard. Guest access 1) No smoking inside the house. 2) No pets allowed. 3) Valid photo identification is required upon check-in. 4) Visitors are allowed after 7am without affecting other roommates. However, after 10pm, no unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Other things to note 1) The relevant regulations of the municipal government on noise control must be strictly observed.
