The space This villa is located in a strategic area between the cities of Cirebon and Kuningan. You will be spoiled with bird singing, fresh air, beautiful mountain views and nature (and easy access) Villa provides : - Spacious bedroom (1 large bed, and can add an extra bed - Bathtub and Water Heater (complete with towel), - Kitchen Equipment (Stove, Refrigerator, Dispenser, Sink and Storage) - Living room and dining area (all accessible). - Garden for family outings, or just relaxing and enjoying nature. - In front of a clubhouse with a public swimming pool, a children's area and a Mosque. - One gate access with 24 hour security. The villa is 500 meters from shops, restaurants, gas stations, public transport, market and hospital. 6 km from famous tourist attractions in Kuningan, West Java, such as hiking trails, linggarjati, water parks, waterfalls, hot springs, lakes, forests etc. Grab/Gojek access (so you can order a ride or food etc) Guest access Entire Villa is accessible. Host won't stay in the Villa but we have housekeeper one call away. Other things to note - The Villa located in the middle of the estate residence , one gate security access. Laundry : 10.000/kg ****** Policy ****** Operational time : 9 am - 6 pm but we can wait for you for late check in - We need to see the name and id or passport number of the person - Unregistered guests need to be prior approval....20 USD/300.000 rupiah daily extra charge for each guest NOT registered in the reservation ..ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE VILLA MUST BE IN THE RESERVATION. - All damage to property must be reported to us - We will charged 10 USD/150.000 rupiah if there is any stained towels and sheet - In case of losing the keys ... you need to pay additional 20 USD/300.000 rupiah - Drugs or any harm stuff can not be used in the Villa LaSena (inside and outside), we don't take any responsibility for any kind of criminal. - Please take care you own belonging, we don't take any responsibility of it - Smoking is forbidden inside the room (you must have to pay 20 USD/300.000 rupiah for special cleaning) , outside of the room is allowed CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION YOU ARE ACCEPTING ALL THE HOUSE RULES (breaking the rules, the reservation will be cancel it and you have to leave the Villa without any refund)......Thank you :)
