The apartment has a dining room where you can enjoy your dinner or work comfortably. It has 300MB high-speed Wi-Fi, hot water, laundry, air conditioning, smart TV, safe, private balcony where you can sit in the living room to read a good book while drinking a delicious coffee or wine and watch the birds sing that perch on the trees in front of your view. It is located in the new building called Hayedo de Juanambú that was built for short-term rentals providing all the amenities for an excellent stay, such as a 24-hour security gate with access for people with reduced capacity, free covered parking in the basement for guests for one vehicle and a parking area in the basement for visitors, an elevator that takes you from the basement to the roof on the 9th floor where the swimming pool for adults and children with a solarium is located, with a beautiful view of the City.
