Loft 3 in Lagoinha, 600 meters from the beach.

Located 600m from Praia da Lagoinha do Norte. If you want you can walk quietly, the street is wooded and easy to walk. It is also 1.6 kms from Praia Brava and 1.3 km from Ponta das Canas beach. It has supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants all within walking distance. The city bus passes right in front of the Loft. Downtown Florianópolis is 35 km away. The space Loft da Lagoinha is a ventilated, well-lit and quiet space. Sleep well here! 🙏 Spacious apartment with high ceilings, loft style. Guest access Feel free to circulate on the property and/or sit on the bench in the garden. Other things to note Parking for one car in a rotating space. On the beach, 600 meters away, there is some street parking or paid parking. Electric stove only. The apartment is for 2 people, but I can provide a single mattress, if necessary, for one more guest. We do not provide beach chairs and parasol.🏖️ ( chairs for internal use only in the Loft). When you are not in the house, turn off the air conditioning. Do not bring sand from the beach into the Loft It has a faucet to wash the sandy feet of the beach in the garden.🙏 We have a great relationship with the neighbors and we want to keep it that way!
