Private room is upstairs and shared bathroom (with another guest only) is downstairs. My house is located in a cul-de-sac. Beautiful, walking friendly neighborhood. Car may be safely parked outside, for more convenience, or in the gated patio, if preferred. My location is very close to Freeway 2, Glendale, Eagle Rock, Atwater, Silverlake and approximately 15 minutes drive to downtown L.A. Very close to Occidental College.
