Guest access Guests can access the one bedroom apt. The laundry area and backyard space is shared with 1 other apt. There is a picnic table in the backyard guests are welcome to use! Other things to note This is an older duplex with central heat & air that is set to 70 degrees. There is only 1 temperature setting for both apartments in the duplex. A portable space heater and AC are provided as well so that you can customize this, though 70 F is very comfortable for most! The laundry area is a shared space. Your apartment is fully private.
