Plenty of room to park a boat or trailer! The space This house is located on the edge of Hermiston city limits with limited traffic and plenty of yard and room to park. This is a nice, private location surrounded by farm ground and nearby pastures with cows and horses. Guests will have exclusive access to the house, yard, and covered parking spots. This is a 3 bedroom house with a full bathroom, full kitchen with large kitchen island, living room, and laundry room with a brand new washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils for cooking and eating. In addition to the traditional silverware, plates, bowls, and cups: - Keurig coffee maker - toaster - mixing bowls - casserole and pie dishes - rolling pin - cutting board and knives - spatulas, spoons - wine and whiskey glasses - wine bottle opener - pots and pans - baking sheet - muffin tin - hand mixer The kitchen island serves as a bar with two chairs. Guests can park in the gravel area in front of the house, under the covered parking in front of the garage, or directly to the left of the garage. There is a basement which is unfinished and unoccupied. Guests will not have access to the basement. There is an unattached garage in which guests will not have access to.
