The open and large kitchen has quartz countertops, soft closing drawers, and Samsung appliances. The refrigerator has an ice and water dispenser. There are all the pots, pans, silverware and dishes needed to cook your favorite meal. The large dining table seats 8 comfortably and there is additional bar seating for 3. The living room boasts magnificent views through large floor to ceiling windows of the beach, a large sofa, 2 swivel chairs, a 65 inch flat screen Smart TV, a DVD player and balcony access. The main bedroom has a king bed, a smart flat screen tv, and balcony access. The main bathroom has two sinks, one with a large vanity area and a walk in shower. The first guest bedroom has 2 full beds with a wall mounted flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a single on the top. The second bedroom also has a wall mounted flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The hexagonal balcony has the most incredible gulf front views. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
