FREE FOR CHILDREN (0-10) "L'Eyre et le Gûa" is an estate composed of a bourgeois house and "l'Ombrière", its beautifully restored stone outbuilding, combining period features with a contemporary touch, offering comfort that guests appreciate. This elegant property and its 2500 m² garden are located a 2-minute walk from the shops of the village of Ambarès-Et-Lagrave. The proximity of the historic center of Bordeaux (12 km), the vineyards of the Bordeaux region and the Bassin d'Arcachon will charm you. The space L'OMBRIERE is a 17th century stone outbuilding. This 115 m² building consists of a large, ultra-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room (NETFLIX TV and international channels), bathroom and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs you will enjoy 2 large bedrooms and a dressing area. For CHILDREN up to 5 years old, accommodation is FREE and the following amenities are available upon prior request: - A single bed that can accommodate 1 child or 1 adult installed in a secluded part of the living room on the ground floor. - Baby equipment (2 x travel cots + high chair + changing mat) is also provided upon prior reservation. A private terrace equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a gas plancha complete this property. All bedrooms and the outbuilding are thoroughly cleaned with the utmost care before guests arrive and all bed and bath linen is provided. Important: this place is not intended for parties. We favor the rest of our visitors. Guest access You have secure parking inside the property. You can enjoy the large sunny garden for a moment of rest, to have a refreshment or to play with the children. Other things to note To make your stay pleasant and facilitate your arrival, we offer you a welcome basket consisting of cold drinks, tea, coffee, sugar, spices, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, shower gel, toilet paper, cleaning products... Direct access to public transport in front of the house to reach Bordeaux or 5 min walk to La Gorp train station (line F41+) is a very useful asset! We are at your disposal to book restaurants, organize visits to certain vineyards and to advise you on your visits and trips in the region.
