The balcony of the room has a small view of the beach. - It is possible to accommodate the third guest on the sofa bed located in the living room; - Service area attached to the kitchen, without washing machine. - A full bathroom with hot shower. The condominium offers shared-use swimming pool, game room and parking with ROTATING covered parking spaces. The pool can be used from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ATTENTION: Access to the condominium premises is via a digital key. It is mandatory to complete the registration and have access to a smartphone with mobile data. Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of a registration form outside of Airbnb for all guests after the reservation is closed; (2) parties and social events (mainly at night) are not allowed in the accommodations; only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; (4) smoking and/or using illicit drugs inside and outside the accommodations is prohibited; (5) we do not accept pets; (6) for check-in after 10:00 p.m., there is an additional convenience fee of R$80 until 11:30 p.m. and R$120 after 11:30 p.m.; it is necessary to check the Host's availability in advance.
