Located in the Historic Center, approximately 20 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic. The space Located on the second level of our house, this room is inspired by owls. Its decoration includes paintings, masks, and figures made by Guatemalan artists. Spacious and well-lit, it features a double bed with an orthopedic mattress and a practical wardrobe to accommodate travel utensils. It is equipped with a TV and ceiling fans for your comfort, a private bathroom (inside the room), and high-speed WiFi service. Guest access Property Access: Autonomous, as we have electronic locks with codes that will make your entry to the property and room easy and fast. Access to Common Areas: We have 3 common areas for the use of all our guests: • Lobby - It's the entrance to our house, with comfortable armchairs made by Guatemalan artisans, decorated with paintings and ornaments from the time of the property's construction. • Spacious dining room - Consisting of several tables for 4 people, decorated with a colorful mural painted by a great artist, a friend of the family, which refers to our house, its location, and national symbols of our beautiful country. • Terrace - The favorite spot of all our guests, as it offers a view of the city, the volcanoes, many plants, and flowers that highlight the diversity of flora in Guatemala, a bar with glassware for use, outdoor tables ideal for eating, reading, and enjoying a beautiful sunset. During your stay Anything you need, we are at your service to help you. Other things to note We offer basic laundry service (washing and drying up to a maximum of 10 garments per guest) included in the stay. For any additional laundry and drying service, please consult us. Our property is ideal for hosting couples and family groups.
