"La P'tite Maison" on the banks of the Loire

Welcome to your cozy and welcoming "Little House" to discover Touraine with family, friends or professionals on the move. This "Little House" as it is nicknamed in our family is located in the peaceful area of Paul Bert. A neighborhood on the banks of the Loire connected to the historic city center of Tours by a pedestrian wire bridge that crosses the river. The space You will appreciate the location of the house in its neighborhood: - to enjoy all the local shops within 200 m (bakery-convenience store-newsagent, cafes…) - for your walks on the banks of the Loire on foot and by bike. - to visit downtown Tours. - to explore the castles, beautiful cellars and tables of the region. This "P'tite Maison" has been completely redesigned and newly renovated to welcome you as warmly as possible. It offers 6 beds with 3 independent bedrooms upstairs and in the attic. You will have all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Here are the amenities: On the ground floor - a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, hood, oven, induction hobs, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster and kitchen utensils. - a table for 4 to 6 people - a living room with a sofa, an armchair, a TV cabinet, 2 small coffee tables. Upstairs: -Bedroom 1: 140 x 190 2-person bed - 2 bedside tables + lamps, built-in wardrobe, desk + chair -Bedroom 2: Mezzanine bed for 2 people 140 x 200 - built-in nightstand + lamp, built-in wardrobe and desk + armchair. Baby cot under the mezzanine available, small books and children's desk. - Shower room and toilet: Spacious shower, vanity with 2 sliding drawers, heated towel rail, shelves and storage hooks. Under the roofs: -Bedroom 3: 140 x 200 bed for 2 people with storage drawers (low height 1.70 m but cozy and comfortable room for sleeping) Guest access Access to the house is directly from the street, then an entrance porch in the form of a corridor (possibility to put one or two bikes or a stroller) gives access to the interior of the house. Free parking is available in front of the house or on the banks of the Loire. Other things to note > Linens (sheets, one bath towel per person, one bath mat) are provided. > Free and unlimited Wi-Fi >Strictly non-smoking house > Our animal friends are welcome. Preferably, small dogs are accepted because the house is not suitable for large dogs. One pet per stay is accepted. For any additional animal, you will be asked for an extra 35 euros.
