Welcome to Residence Reserve II! This bright 2-room apartment was recently renovated and is less than a 100-meter walk from the beach and an 8-minute walk to De Haan city center. De Haan has a beautiful beach with dunes and forests on both sides for hiking and cycling. The picturesque De Haan is known for its gastronomy, Trammelant, flea markets, the beautiful Normandy houses of the Concession and the tranquility. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! The space Our apartment is fully furnished to accommodate 6 people. The apartment features a spacious living area (with seating and dining area) and adjoins the terrace on both sides. There is a connection with the kitchen that is equipped with all the equipment (hob, combi oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle...) to be able to cook comfortably. There are 2 spacious and well-equipped bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and spacious storage closet. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with 2 single beds above it. There is also plenty of storage space in this bedroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wide single sink and storage closet. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. In the entrance hall, there is also a large closet for coats and shoes. We have 2 underground parking spaces in a closed garage (in the basement of the building). Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as the underground garage located in the building. Other things to note This is an apartment in a quiet building. So not suitable for parties and young people who like to make it noisy!
