Washademoak Lake House

Bring the whole family to this amazing and private Cottage on 1.5 acres of waterfront property on the popular Washademoak Lake. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy the sunrise from the spacious wrap around deck. Kayak or paddle board the calm waters in the cove, swim out to the raft, or dock your boat on 200 feet of water front. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor with a King-sized bed. Two more bedrooms with double beds are upstairs along with another bath and a double futon sofa. The space Main floor: Kitchen - fully equipped to enjoy any meal - pots, pans, toaster,blender, microwave, coffee machine and ample dish ware. Living room is open to the dining room which has a table that seats 6 people. There is a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime, Apple TV and more Primary bedroom with a large king bed (new Endy mattress) 2 dressers and a double closet Full bathroom Utility room with a washer, dryer, freezer and mini fridge. Upper floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed and a pull out single sofa 1 bedroom with a double bed (new Endy mattress) 1 bathroom with a large and comfortable shower unit. 1 small room that has a double futon Bonus room with TV, Wii U, 2 large sofas and a balcony. Outside: Sectional sofa, BBQ, hot tub, and dining set that seats 6. There is access to an outside deep fryer as well. At the beach you will have access to beach chairs and an umbrella for shade. For recreation there are 2 adult kayaks- one of them is a fishing Kayak. There is a stand-up paddle board and 2 children’s’ kayaks. Relax and read a book in one of two hammocks. Guest access Guests have access to all of our outdoor equipment- cross net volleyball, lawn bowling set, washer toss, bonfire pit with wood provided, outdoor movie screen, during winter an additional fire pit by the pond to warm up after skating. We have a raft, dock, kayaks (2 adult, 2 childrens) and 1 stand up paddle board. There are 6 beach chairs as well as a beach umbrella. There are 2 chair hammocks to relax in while enjoying a book. During the winter guests can use the hockey net, pucks and sticks to enjoy pond hockey.
