Aransas Pass is a great place for fishing, bay area 5 minutes away. Port A ferry 8 minutes away. Rockport 15 minutes drive and Fulton about 20 minutes away. Corpus Christi drive is under 30 minutes. No pets/animals please as my son has severe allergies. The space Living room is combined with kitchen area, cozy area, with TV & remote. Dinning table is movable & expandable and stools fit under or can be stacked in corner. Mini splits also have remotes throughout house. Small living space with all necessary cooking utensils and silverware in lazysusan to include blender and toaster. Upper cabinets have setting for 8: ceramic plates, glasses, cups, mugs. Additionally plastic cups and plates for 4. Thin upper cabinet contains coffee filters, salt, pepper, sugar, cooking spay, and other cooking condiments. Corner upper cabinet contains cooking ware and cutting boards. Under stove compartment contains baking pans and baking flat sheets. Coffee machine with coffee pods available (flavor varies). Full size refrigerator/freezer with filtered water and ice. Sofa bed -size twin. Master bedroom with queen size bed and walk-in shower along with TV & remote. Second bedroom has queen bed and bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top) along with TV & remote. Both rooms have charging stations. Both restrooms provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash & hygiene products and small hair dryer. Sheets, towels are provided. Extras in closet for sofa bed and additional movable twin mattress available near closet. Washer and dryer inside house. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note Driveway is long enough for boats or any other water toy. RV connection is available along the driveway side, 30 amps connection only. Please let me know if using RV for details. No smoking allowed inside house.
