This is Branson’s Nantucket Resort property and as such, the following details and requirements apply: *Check in requirements* 1) Minimum age of 21 or older in order to check in 2) The resort requires a credit card to be placed on file for incidentals Guest Rules: - Quiet time is from 10pm to 6am. - No pets except service animals. If it is discovered after your departure that you have had a pet with you and were not in an approved pet friendly unit, there will be a $250.00 cleaning fee applied to your credit card. - All units are non-smoking inside. You are allowed to smoke on the patio of your unit, but must keep the door closed so the smoke will not get into the unit. If you smoke in your unit, there will be a $350.00 cleaning fee applied to your credit card. - There is no parking for boats, RV’s, trailers, ATV’s, jet skis, and any/all other recreational items on the property. If you need parking for these during your stay, inform the front desk at check-in and they will give you information on where you can park these items. - No fireworks are allowed on property.
