For 5 years, Samir, Mehdi and I, David, have been sharing a home. It is located in a cosmopolitan and lively area of Paris. We decided to rent out one of our rooms and meet travelers, like you maybe! You will have your private room and other shared rooms! Rest assured, we will respect your privacy and autonomy! Just to let you know, we have a sublime view of the Seine-Saint-Denis, and the Cité des Sciences. The space Our duplex is a haven of greenery. It consists of an equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a toilet and a balcony, then upstairs 2 bedrooms separated by a hallway and a shared bathroom. The apartment is on the 6th floor, which gives it stunning views of Seine-Saint-Denis from your room and the Cité des Sciences from the balcony. The room is equipped with a 140x90 bed, desk and TV. We provide clean sheets and pillows. The bathroom is on the first floor, near your room. Guest access You will have access to all rooms except my room, and during your stay we will not have access to your room. The bathroom and toilet are shared. We provide you with bath towels. We don't smoke, but you can smoke on the balcony if you like. During your stay Samir or Medhi may welcome you when I am away. But, I remain available at any time and you will be notified if this is the case! Other things to note We are two minutes from the Porte de la Villette Metro (Line 7) and the T3 Bis Tramway. If you come by vehicle and need parking, we can ask the neighbor for a parking space for an extra fee. Concert halls: We are a ten-minute walk from the Zenith, as well as the Cabaret Sauvage and Glasart. Monuments: Châtelet in 35 minutes by metro line 7. Sacré-Cœur is 20 minutes away by metro lines 7 and 2. Dynamic neighborhood with the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin a 10-minute walk away!
