This villa is located right next to the center and only a few steps away from the nice city beach. The max. capacity of this villa is 30 people (8 double rooms, 3 triple rooms & 1 quintuple room) so keep in mind that if you want the whole house for yourself, you need to book all rooms. The space This listing can accommodate up to 15 people and consists of six double and one triple room. All double rooms have either one double or two single beds in each, little fridge, private bathroom and the balcony while triple room has 3 single beds, little fridge, private bathroom and the balcony. Guest access Guests are provided with free PARKING, WIFI & AIR CON. Please just be aware that the pool is shared with all guests of the house, as well as the ground floor outdoor kitchen & the grill area. Other things to note Upon your arrival you are obligated to leave a damage deposit of 600 EUR which will be returned to you at the end of your stay after your accommodation has been checked.
