For foreign/balikbayan guests, will be requiring to provide a copy of passports as identification requirements. Please be reminded that unregistered guest cannot be accepted or cannot gain access to the unit due to admin rules/condominium policy, so please reserve with the correct number and list of guests. We will not entertain extra guests who are not included in the booking reservation. Extension of staying charge: There is a PHP 800/hour for every hour of extension of staying.
