The Brown House

The Brown house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of American Fork. It is VERY spacious and clean. We hope you love it :) Must climb stairs at every entry. 🐾 Pet friendly for a small nightly pet rent. Please message with breeds and pet details. The space 🏡 The house is a split level 70’s home with remodeled touches. 🚪 Everything on the top level is completely separated off from the downstairs renters and is yours to use! 🌳 The backyard is fully fenced and includes a grill and outdoor furniture. Enjoy! ⭐️The nightly rate does increase on bookings of 3 or more people. Guest access 🚗 Front of the house street parking. 📺 2 Flat screen ROKU TV’s 🛁 2 Full bathrooms (soap, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) 🍳Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ice maker in the freezer. 🧺 Laundry room with brand new washer and dryer and soap, bleach, and dryer sheets. 🍗 Outdoor grill, outdoor table, outdoor sectional couch. ⚽️ Large grassy area with large shade tree. Other things to note Renters live in the basement downstairs. They are an elderly couple who are very private and keep to themselves. You may see them in the back yard watering the garden on occasion. I assure you, your area is completely private and separate and they cannot hear you and are not bothered by you. Extra charges taken for reservations with 3 or more guests.
