The space Our house is elevated and has an unmissable sea view. It has 2 bedrooms (one with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, large living room with two areas, large balcony facing the beach and covered barbecue area on the back terrace. The whole house is very airy with double ceiling height and ceiling fans. Downstairs, there is a covered garage for 4 cars and a walled garden with a shower and lawn, safe for children to play and excellent for letting docile dogs run loose. If your pet is not docile and trained, it will also be welcome, but we do not allow it to be loose in the garden below for the safety of our caretaker. Our caretaker, Hernando, has lived in a small apartment on the garage level for about 20 years, providing a lot of security for our family and guests, but also ensuring their privacy. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, except for the caretaker's house next to the garage, on the lower level. The access to the main floor is by a safe staircase and, at the top, there is a small gate, giving more security to the small children. Downstairs we have a fun kit for the beach, with balls, mats, toys, chairs, umbrellas. Anyway, all to ensure the ideal vacation. Other things to note We offer all the convenience of a beach kiosk practically in front of the house, which delivers delicious portions and drinks at the gate. Bakery, basic fruits/vegetables, and butcher shop are three blocks away. Supermercado a menos de 1km.
