This apartment is a place specially designed to make you feel comfortable and protected. The colors green and blue represent familiarity and spirituality. The wooden details along with the outdoor patio bring a magic to this environment, like a trip to Morocco! The rooms are spacious, the furniture is very comfortable, and there is a Smart TV so you don't miss your favorite series or program. 3 Queen size beds with dream mattresses and NASA pillows. The kitchen inspires you! The space The rooms are spacious and very well lit and airy - naturally. The living room has very comfortable furniture with a giant pull-out sofa to accommodate everyone and a 42" LED smart TV. We have a social bathroom with lighting design and lines that inspire intimacy. The rooms have queen size beds and a blue color scheme, evoking calm, harmony and peace: one room with a desk for work, another with a suite, and another with plenty of space for that online yoga class, stretching or for you to spread out and dream! The kitchen is well equipped and has very useful preparation and lighting areas for those moments together tasting something very tasty. We have an outdoor laundry with plenty of space to dry clothes or sunbathe. The living room patio integrates the indoor and outdoor environments with great fluidity and enhances your sunny afternoons or warm nights. We have 2 garages: 1 covered and another uncovered for rent. Although it is an invitation to happiness, it is important to remember that: we do not authorize parties or guests of guests, and we have firm condominium rules (ambient sound until 10 p.m., disruptive noises never). Any kind of commercial activities or provision of services by guests is strictly prohibited. Above all, an oasis in the central region of the city. Guest access We rent the entire apartment, with access to the garage. The condominium has a large outdoor patio, where only guests are allowed to stay and use it according to the rules of the Condominium and until 10 p.m. No celebrations or use of images on social media or video calls in the condominium's public areas. Other things to note We are not responsible for items of value, or not, forgotten/lost during the stay. We are not responsible for any cleaning service requested/contracted during the stay, as this service is not part of the stay contract and will be provided by third parties. Likewise, we are exempt from any penalty in rare criminal events that have occurred or may occur on the property's perimeter. Failure to comply with house rules will be severely punished.
