Whether you’re here to work or relax — we’re just a message away and happy to help. The space Silence. That’s the first thing you’ll notice when you step into the studio on Krzemieniecka Street. Even though you’re in Warsaw — one of Europe’s liveliest capitals — here in Bielany, time slows down. There’s greenery outside your window, quiet streets, birdsong in the morning. You can breathe a little deeper. Inside, the 27 m² studio is compact, but thoughtfully designed. A cozy 160cm bed, a fold-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (including a coffee machine, of course), a modern bathroom with a proper shower, and a washing machine — all waiting to make your stay comfortable. WiFi is fast and reliable, perfect for remote work or streaming after hours. In the evening, curl up with your favorite show on the TV. Got a car? You’ll love the free parking spot just in the underground garage— a rare find in Warsaw. Bielany is a hidden gem — green, peaceful, and yet just a short walk from Słodowiec metro station, giving you easy access to the city center. Want a change of work scenery? The Bielany Entrepreneur Hub (Bielański Integrator Przedsiębiorczych) is only minutes away and offers free coworking space with desks, meeting rooms, and even a kitchen. This space isn’t just for digital nomads. It’s for anyone who values peace, functionality, and a place that feels like home. Other things to note Essential Information for Your Stay To ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience, please take a moment to review the following information: Heating & Air Conditioning For your comfort, heating is available during the winter season, and air conditioning is provided in the summer months. Bedding A standard set of bedding is provided for every two guests. If you are two guests and prefer to sleep in separate beds, an additional bedding set is available upon request for a fee of 60 PLN (to cover laundry costs). Pets Pets are welcome with prior notice. An additional fee applies, along with a refundable damage deposit of 500 PLN. House Rules • Parties and events are not permitted. • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Parking Please note that the maximum vehicle height for our parking facility is 1.55 meters, however you can also park for free outside the building with no height restrictions
